Most of our Jet Analytics have been failing to execute over the past two weeks on an adhoc basis. The following error message is received:
"Incompatible version of Dynamics NAV detected. Please ensure that the NAV data source is NAV 2013 or later."
None of our NAV data sources have changed recently.
I've found that the option tables in the underlying Staging databases are occasionally failing to populate (listed below) resulting in the error message:
dbo.DataSource_Option_Detailed Cust.Ledg.Entry.Document Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Detailed Vendor Ledg. Entry.Document Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_G/L Account.Income/Balance
dbo.DataSource_Option_G/L Entry.Document Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Purchase Line.Document Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Sales Invoice Line.Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Sales Line.Document Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Service Invoice Line.Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Value Entry.Document Type
dbo.DataSource_Option_Value Entry.Item Ledger Entry Type
Hi, this does not seem to be the cause of NAV, I suggest you submit your question to the Jet Analytics forum, and the experts there should give you better advice.
