NAV_Demo unable to launch after installation (nothing happens)

Hi, I have been using the Nav 2018 academic license for education in the institute of higher learning where I teach in Singapore.
For years, I have been receiving the Academic licence key from baac@microsoft.com annually. However, this year I could no longer contact them. Who or which email address can I reach out to renew the license?
