ESC key doesn't work. Anybody?

When I am in GP 2013, I open payable entry screen or customer card or any other window, I click on ESC to close the window and nothing, it doesn't work. Anybody ran into the same issue? Is it some setting in Dex.ini file?

The only place it works is Item Maintenance and when I click on Lookup button for Items. I can close the Items window just fine with ESC.

I can close Outlook windows or others with ESC key just fine. I tested the keyboard using keyboard logger and it captures the ESC key fine.

    I do not remember GP Windows ever working this way. I think all of the lookup windows will work this way.

    Hi Sean,

    Leslie is correct!

    The Item Maintenance lookup is the exception to the rule.

    It is odd to that this window actually does close with the ESC key.
