Hi all

I have a quick question that I can't resolve.

I am setting up Business Central in Australia and I am looking for a free exchange rate API for Australia, preferably from an Australian bank.  I found one from an FX company and they wanted AUD$2000 per year.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Regards

Ivan

Some of our clients are using floatrates for the exchange rate. You can check below link for the setup.

    Hi Andy

the one I found was with the FX company I use but the API was $2k per year.  Crazy!

They are called XE.  Find them at www.xe.com

    Thanks

I have managed to write a simple TSQL script that reads the exchange rate from  api.apilayer.com/.../latest  and then uses ODATA to post to the Exchange rates table in BC. Works like a charm - reach out if you want sample code
