Error converting CRM 2013 database to 2015

Hi,

On converting a CRM DB I get this error in the log:

    Hello

    As it can be seen on the logs, there is a solution that does not longer exist in your database.

    Please review this, and if it is the case, add the missing solution so you can upgrade your database successfully.
