Kindly assist on how to set Email Body Default font in Dynamics CRM online 9.1, unified interface.
Hi,
Currently you can not set any font as default, this feature is jot there but many customer asked for this and this may get added in future. Currently if you open any email you will see Segoe UI as the default font and after composing the emails you can select the text and change the font of the text.

I came across a similar article as suggested below which was effective in getting the default font set for us.
We are using 9.1 on-premise with the unified interface.
