Hi, We are encountering an issue with our sitemap where navigating between entities does not dynamically update the displayed module name. For example, when navigating from Entity A to Entity B, the sitemap continues to display as 'Module - Entity A' instead of updating to 'Module - Entity B' as expected. Additionally, manual page refreshing is required to reflect any changes made to the sitemap. We are seeking guidance or solutions to address this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
