unable to sync received mail on outlook with CRM

Hi,

I have done server side synchronization .I am able to send mail from CRM but whenever I recieve mail on outlook I am not receiving that mail in CRM..How to sync it

My mailbox incoming mail status showing as success but when i recieve mail on outlook its not syncing with crm.

In alert I am getting :

An unknown error occurred while receiving email through the mailbox "Test". The owner of the associated email server profile  has been notified. The system will try to receive email again later.
Email Server Error Code: Exchange server returned UnknownIncomingEmailIntegrationError -2147218683 exception
What does this error means?
How much delay I can expect for incoming mails?where I can see received mails in crm?
who will be from in that received mail if mail received from a non-crm user?
