Hi,

I am using Dynamics CRM 365 Online version. I have requested microsoft for the top 10 tables consuming too much storage and found that AsyncOperationBase, WorkflowLogBase tables have consumed close to 6GB space. Please let me know what are the steps tp delete data from these tables so that i can save some space and performance speed.

Thanks

Najm

    Hello,

you could ask MS to run this script for the AsyncOperationBase: support.microsoft.com/.../performance-is-slow-if-the-asyncoperationbase-table-becomes-too-large

Can't we do it instead of Microsoft running the script. I mean we don't have access to the DB but can a workflow/job be written to clear those tables

    Thanks

    CRM-Parameters-(System)-Data management-Bulk Delete.

There you can create Deletion workflow (Repeatable, if you want).

    Hi MdNazar,

You can create the Bulk Delete Job for all the completed system jobs and schedule this bulk delete job to run daily.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Bupendra,

Yes, cleaning data from these tables does help if they are consuming more space. You should first check what all entities are consuming size and then go for deletion.

    Hope this helps.
