    Hi Aki,

To do this, first the field you must be adding must be set as a boolean/bit field.  This won't work for another field type.

    • Add your field to the form
    • select the field and click 'Change Properties'
    • When the field properties open, select the Formatting tab
    • On this tab, there is a section called 'Control Formatting'.  Select 'Checkbox' from the list.
    • Save and publish your form.

     Hope this helps,

    Wes

Hi, thanks for the tip, I was wondering the same thing.

Is this possible with more than 2 items? I would like to implement a field that could handle a list of items as check boxes (or something with the same functionality).

     Thanks & kind regards,

    Hi Art,

The bit/boolean field is the only one that has different formatting available.  The reason is that the attributes only allow for the selection and storing of a single value so displaying a series of checkboxes for something like picklist values wouldn't make sense, it can only handle one.

You could possibly look at creating multiple boolean attributes to get some of the functionality you'r looking for.
