Limitations of web client

I tested the web client right when it came out, and the problem for us was it didn't support third party apps.  Can someone tell me if this limitation still exists?

I'm on 2013 R2 with plans to move to 2015 next month.

Thanks

    Hi Carl,

The all dexterity 3rd party applications are supported by web client. Can you tell us if you are  specifically looking for any 3rd party application to work with web client?

But if they're written in something else, like .NET, they won't work, correct?

We use Nodus, Mekorma, and Accountable.

    Hi Carl,

Yes you are correct. Not all the ISV products supports the web client. It's better to check with the ISV vendors for more clarity. As per the below thread about the similar topic, there is no ETA for this fix. But, it was discussed long back.

I hope, somebody from this community can give us some clarity.
