Error saving PowerApps to Cloud

Hi,

I am working on trial 365 Online CRM and using trial Powerapps integrated with that instance. But, i can't be able to save my sample PowerApps to default environment in Cloud. I have tried maximum possible ways. Can anyone help me out with this?

    Some of my team members faced that issue, where I didn't. Could be license issue.

    You can create a new environment from Admin center & move forward for saving PowerApps.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../environments-administration
