'Transaction contains line items with transaction quantity of 0'

This message came up in an Inventory Adjustment edit list, the user went ahead and posted the batch. I am not seeing any messages on the posting. But all the item transactions have doubled up.

What could have caused this?

    Where are you seeing the item transactions doubling up?

    In a report, on a window, or in a smartlist?

    How are you bringing in the inventory transactions into the system? Is it manually entered into GP (or) is it through an integration?
