Dynamics 365 Sales integration - Sales Quote from Sales to push into BC and convert to Sales Order

Hi BC experts,
 
Has anyone worked with Dynamics Sales and BC integration?
 
I need the BC Sales Order with a SO line (item) that is marked dropship.  Dropship is not available in Dynamics Sales.
 
So, if the quote is from Dynamics Sales, I would prefer the Quote lines to push into BC and create the Sales Order, and also customise a trigger to tag the /Dropshop/ field.
 
If you have a suggestion, please let me know.  I'm new at this.
