physical Inventory Orders

In Physical inventory orders, we choose the Location and Bin A*, Qty Expected (Base) is empty, Do we need to to check the Qty Exp. Calculated boxes? How to check them?

If you are not using Calculate Lines (with Calculate Qty. Expected) to insert the line, there is a function "Calculate Expected Qty." on the Line that you can run.

But we need to run it, line by line. Any way to make it calculating all lines?

thanks guys for the help, for some reasons, I create a new Physical Inventory Order, quantity came up, all good!

some more questions regarding Physical Inventory Order:

1) I have done the Recoding, marked it as " finished", come back to Physical Inventory Order, it does not let me make "finish", the status is always "open", which it cannot be posted:

2) Second question is: how to add quantity to the Bin which is not on the original Physical Inventory Order? Do I just create a new item line on the Recording list?
