Error when using the email 'Set Scenario Attachments'

Hi

Does anyone have this problem as well?

Currently, I am trying to setup default attachments in email sent:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2022wave2/smb/dynamics365-business-central/use-default-attachments-email-sent-business-central

I want to attach Terms of Sales and Delivery on every Sales invoice.

Now, if I send an email, it works like a charm the first time. However, if I try to do the exact same thing again I'll get this message:

The Tenant Media does not exist. Identification fields and values: ID='{XXXXX...}

And it stops working at this point

Am I missing something?

Please connect with your Development partner to debug the issue, might be they need to log a support ticket to microsoft.
