Error when using the email 'Set Scenario Attachments'

Does anyone have this problem as well?


Currently, I am trying to setup default attachments in email sent:

I want to attach Terms of Sales and Delivery on every Sales invoice. 


Now, if I send an email, it works like a charm the first time. However, if I try to do the exact same thing again I'll get this message: 

The Tenant Media does not exist. Identification fields and values: ID='{XXXXX...}

And it stops working at this point

Am I missing something?
