Hello, does anyone know of a good book that shows how to customize Dynamics SL 2011?

Hello Scott,
I don't think we have a good book for learning the Dynamics SL customization. Microsoft provides two user manuals for Dynamics SL customization.
1.CustomizationManager.pdf
2.CustomizationMgrReferenceVBA.pdf
These are the two pdfs which could be found in User Manual folder of Dynamics SL SDK.
It will help you on the customization part in Dynamics SL.
