Stored Materials does not roll over to previously billed, but remains in the stored column on the next application.  How move the stored materials to previously billed?

  • RE: Construction Billing AIA Stored Materials

    Hello PatM,

Stored Material doesn't roll into previously billed for the next application, it will stay in Stored Material. If you hit F1 on that field it will open up the Help file for the screen which gives a brief description on the fields in the grid. It's my understanding that to apply it to the next billing you would have to zero out stored material and add the amount to Work in Place.
