Urgent Problem with Permissions

Hi All, 

i have custom entity that is connected N:1 with account entity, and N:1 with another custom entity,

when i try to insert a record in it, i got this message 

 <Message>Principal user (Id=1d5828cc-5120-e411-b11a-005dweffvgde, type=8) is missing prvReadibq_facilitydetails privilege (Id=53eb9e7b-bc2e-4f23-sdsdf-0c5fb69e55db)</Message> 

while the user i use is an admin user has read/write privileges

please help  :( :( i have a demo in 15 mins

btw: it was working before

    Check the user referenced by the ID given - I suspect it is a different user that doesn't have read access on the facility details entity.

    So the user as referenced:

    Principal user (Id=1d5828cc-5120-e411-b11a-005dweffvgde, type=8)

    You can find out if this is the same user by using the share a link on your user form and looking at the id on the URL.

    Thanks for using the forums.

    I agree with Scott, the issue is definitely related to the missing privileges. Is the user assigned a custom security role?

    If yes, was it created from scratch or by copying an exiting security roles?

    As an isolation step, it would be good to give the user a higher security role and check if he is able to perform the task.

    Scott, it didn't work, i deleted the entity and recreated it, then everything worked fine.. :(
