Unable to delete a filter (Filter Total By) on Jobs

Page Info: Job List (89, List)

Every user (regardless of profile) has a filter which we cannot remove: Filter Total By

I've tried everything from clearing all personalization for all users (page 89), hitting reset on the filter, etc.. It just will not clear. Any help is appreciated. thanks, Phil

This field is coming from a customization done to your system, so you need to contact your developer and have him/her look at the issue.

It is probably a bug in their code.
