Error Message when trying to attach documents

Hi All, 

i'm connecting CRM to Sharepoint, when i try to upload documents and Sharepoint page starting to load, i get this error message : 

Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you. 

any help would be appreciated

    Which CRM and SharePoint version you are using? Please  check this link if it will work for you. otherwise you need to share more details.

    Hi,

    was this working before or are you setting up now the SharePoint integration. the root cause of this error is because CRM application pool is trying to access SharePoint with a credential that does not have the necessary permission in SharePoint.

    a basic check list:

    Check if the account you are logged in as have site administration access

    Check the IIS application pool to see if they have the correct credential. may peay to recycle it

    Check the user policies

    Can you browse "http://yoursharepint:8080/_layouts/settings.aspx"

    What authentication protocol do you have on your CRM and on your Sharepoint? (Claims, NTLM, Kerberos?)
