Not Able to Scan Location in Mobile Device

Hi,
 
I have configured following mobile device menu item to 'Display open work list' of sales orders.
 
There is nothing in 'Edit Query' however I have selected few field in 'Field List' including order number, Work Pool, Start Location and Put location etc. 
 
 
Now, in the mobile application I am trying to scan 'Final Put Location' however mobile application is not allowing me to scan. I can only enter the location.

 

I have also configured the following too:

  • Warehouse management > Setup > Mobile device > Warehouse app field names
  • Warehouse management > Setup > Mobile device > Warehouse app field priorities
I have the same question (0)

    The issue of not being able to scan the final put location in the mobile device may be due to configuration issues. Here are some possible solutions:

    1. Ensure that you have correctly configured the "Warehouse app field names" and "Warehouse app field priorities" in the mobile device menu item. These settings specify the fields that can be scanned in the mobile application.

    2. Check the permissions settings for the mobile application to ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to scan the final put location.

    3. If scanning still does not work, try using a different mobile device or update the mobile application to ensure compatibility with Dynamics 365 F&O.
