When i try to access the Cases-Website, nothing happens.

Might that be, because we use this "Workplace"-Site?

can anybody tell me, where i can change this site ?

(i took over this project from another employee)

thanks for your help

    Hi

Are you a system administrator? it could be that you don't have permission to access it

The other one could be that Ribbon Workbench has been installed to hide certain items and is not working correctly

    Hello

yes, i am the system administrator.

we installed a new server with crm2015 and restored the crm2013 database from the old server.

thats what i thought, but i dont see any program in the solutions...

    Hi,
You can use RibbonEditor tool to connect to your CRM sitemap and then you can check / make any changes in your CRM sitemap.

    Hope this helps !

    Thanks,
    Sam
