Customer Price Lists - Group vs Customer

We have a customer that is part of a customer price group and has its own pricing. When we place an order for an item that is in both lists it should be pulling from the more specific customer price list but instead it is pulling from the price group. We have checked starting/ending dates. All good. Has anyone else encountered this?

The fact is that BC and NAV try to give the customer the best price. I would bet that the price in the price group is lower than the price that you have specifically for the customer.

Hi

Also to add to Kim's point can you check the customer card and under invoicing see if another customer selected or not. When another customer selected here the pricing follow that customer
