    Hi

Flow has a lot of flexibility as it can connect to over 230 different services.  While its certainly possible to create a flow to trigger on email events and sync that to CRM but Dynamics 365 has a built-in efficient way of doing this

You could integrate your Exchange with Dynamics CRM and set it up to use Server Side Sync for Incoming and Outgoing emails and use outlook to sync Appointments, task, and contacts. I think this is what you need but only you can confirm if this is your requirement.

    Hello Kokulan,

Your second point snippet"use outlook to sync Appointments, task, and contacts". do you mean below screenshot.

Last option you  are saying like it should be outlook correct.

Email automatic tracking is working for incoming email and not for outgoing email , since while sending the email it doesn't get included to specified folder.

Yes, that's correct. "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook" method is used if the users want to automatically sync all tasks, appointments, and contacts to outlook and CRM

Also make sure the Sync settings are configured
