Create a task from a email follwed in dynamics CRm with an attached file

Hi,

I try to do this by workflow :

In Dynamics CRM 2011, I have emails "received" by the "followed" button, email with attached files.

I would like to "migrate" email information including the attached file in a TASK ?

I don't find how to include a note with the attached file to my created task by the beginning of my workflow ?

Any idea with a wokflow ?

    You got to do it with custom workflow activities. Cant do it OOB as you cannot create or attach dynamic attachments through OOB Workflows.

    Karth  is right  you cannot achieve it using OOB CRM, you have to do it using custom workflow activities.
