Our company wants to track Dynamics user activities and experience, such as clickstream, feature usage, and case duration. How do we pull that data and push to our data lake?

    Can you provide more details? What do you mean by Feature Usage and Case Duration? How long is a case open within the tool?  Which of the new features users are using the most?
