Unable to update SSRS report

Hi There,

We created SSRS report few months ago and uploaded on Dynamic CRM, now we are trying to update the report as we need some changes using Visual studio. But we are getting the below error "Unable to connect to Data Source",I don't know why I am facing such problem. We have updated the report before as well and it never created any problem.

Is there any update in Dynamics due to which we are facing such error, do anyone has any idea on how to solve such issue. I am attaching the screen Shot

What information do you get if you click on the 'Details' button on the error alert ?

Also, were you prompted for credentials, or to use cached credentials before you get the error ? If so, don't use cached credentials. Visual Studio only seems to cache ne set of credentials, so if you'd connected to a different organisation to design a report, it would still try using the credentials and connection details for that organisation

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. When we clicked details, we got credential and input string error. We cleared the cache using this link

But than too error keeps on coming. I am attaching the screenshot of the error.

Hello,

Check your datasource and under credentials, enter a user name and password there to see if the connection is established.
