Missing link for hotfox SL2011SP1

I've found a KB2709964 for the bug #24351, but when I try to download the hot fix, there is no link to the hot fix, instead, it said the problem has been fixed in FP1. Does it mean that there is no fix for SL2011SP1?

    Hi Wang

    I have also checked that Hot-fix from my partner-source login but the link was broken. This issue #24351 has been fixed in Dynamics SL FP1. Microsoft also confirmed the same. in that document itself.

    I see that bug 24351 is fixed in 2011 sp2.  There is a hot fix for 2011 sp1.

    I also see this note for 2011 fp1.

    If you define the printer in Windows using all caps and then select the printer in Order Types, it appears to “stick” and you don’t need to use SQL to update soprintcontrol

    And this note:

    The 2011 SP1 hotfix does seem to work OK on FP1.   Just unzip the sp1 correction  file into your OM folder on FP1, re-select the printer in output selection.

    I think the KB needs corrected.

    Hi Elaine,

    Could you tell me where to get the hotfix for this problem for SL2011SP1? On the KB page, there is no link to the actual hotfix file. We don't have any plan to upgrade SL in the near future; therfore, I am looking the fix for SP1 only at this monent. The problem I've been experienced is pretty much matched the bug description, and it happens to financial modules reports. I would be appreciated if you can provide the hotfix for us.

    I don’t know why the KB doesn’t show up in customersource.  That has been an intermittent issue, not just for SL but for customersource in general.  We republished it just now.  Sometimes that fixes an index problem and it will show up in a day or two.  Sometimes not.

    So go back to the KB article in a few days to a week to see if you can download.  If not, we will need you to create a service request so that we can get it to you.
