I'm a superuser.
if I go into sent email and select an email sent by someone else, it tells me I cannot view it as I'm not the sender, how can I overwrite this?
if not is there a way that all outgoing mail from BC, BCCs a specific email addresses, i read about a hidden page called “O365 Email CC and BCC Settings”. that can be accessed by page 2128 but i cant find it?.
Reading other peoples e-mails even if they are sent through Business Central might get you into some kind of privacy issues. In my country it is illegal unless it is in very specific situations. So if you want the e-mails sent from BC to be shared you should configure the system to use a shard mailbox for sending and notify the users that every e-mail they send for Business Central may be read by others.
You can do a customization that will CC you any mail sent from BC, but i think you run into the same privacy issues with that solutions. So i think you should look at other ways to log relevant information regarding interactions with customers or vendors that happens through BC.
