Hello!
I have a question about how RMS and Financial Edge from Blackbaud communicate together. We have a user thats says when she's posts an entry in her Student billing there is a dynamic integration between the 2 systems. I thought we need to export the data in text format in RMS and then it gets uploaded in FE manually, but she tells me that this is not the case and the data gets automatically integrated when she inputs it in RMS - it then automatically shows in FE. I need to know how this happens? is it a plugin on FE side or code that was written specifically in the backend for this to occur? Any help or guidance would be enormously appreciated! We had someone that set this all up for us but now have no way of knowing how this was done.
