Delete Metadata from LCS error in cloud hosted environment

I got an issue in my cloud hosted development environment like Delete Metadata from LCS and environment is in incomplete state.i want to know about this error

1)Why this error hits on my development environment where I didn't attempted any delete operation on my environment.

2) And I want root cause of this issue in clear cut way why this happens on my cloud hosted development environment.

Can anyone please help me on this?

The description of your problem isn't clear to me. What did you do, when did you get the error messages and what exactly they say? Did you get more details from logs?

I guess it's about F&O, right? Please confirm; I'll then move this thread to the right forum.
