Hello Everyone,
I am getting the following error in my MPOS system when I try to complete a payment with loyalty card payment method:
" Failed post reward point line for the transaction ( Company = ###, TransactionID = ####-R#####-#########, LineNumber = 1.00).
I found that this error occurs with the following path:
- if loyaly card points cover the full purchase price, then there is no error and payment is accepted.
- if loyalty card points cover partially the purchase price, then, when I try to pay the remaining amount with a payment method (both cash or credit card) this error occurs.
Any suggestions?
I think that POS setup is correct, because all other functions are working with no errors.
