In one of my companies dashboard doesn't show anything, and also, it can not be updated or refreshed. Other companies with same user show information as should be, any advice in how can I fix this?

It looks like your user permission set provided to the user in this company may be restricting the users ability to see data.
Search in 'tell me' Users
Identify the problem user and click their username to bring up the user card
check both the User Group (in the code) and the Company. Noting if you keep the company blank the user will get the Group permission to all companies.
OR
The Permission Set
The same logic applies with keeping the company name blank.

I went to personalization to check if there was something modified, none was personalized. But, I switched some sections and menu came back, but for Business Performance section nothing changed:
I erased cookies, and restarted my computer, but I have same behavior.
Thing is that I don't have any menu that I can select from, that is the weird thing, none of dashboard sections have a menu to select from:

Is a company that has been working for almost a year, is not a new company.

As per your attach screenshot possible someone modified the Chart column and due to that you can't see any information on Business Performance.
You can select another chart or Modified the column data will update accordingly.
To Modify & Select different charts, Please follow below steps.
1) Move cursor on Business Performance, you can see dropdown arrow click on this on list click on Select Chart.
2) On this new list you can see multiple chart selection. On this you can enable or disable the chart which you want see. also beside the Edit list action button click on "..." 3 dots. with this you can modified you chart column.
