Hiding menu buttons from navigation bar

Hello everyone.

I am customizing CRM 2013 trial for our company, and soon we will subscribe commercial CRM. I am just wondering whether it is possible to hide some entity buttons from navigation bar. For example, marketing list and campaign menus are shown in both sales and marketing areas. I want to show this entity menu only on marketing.

So please let me know how can i choose areas that display certain entities..

Thanks you

I

I highly recommend the SiteMap Editor on Tanguy's toolbox - xrmtoolbox.codeplex.com

    Hope this helps,

thank you Tiago Santos, i want to change CRM menu and i tried choosing showing areas by going to Solution>Entities but it is not already set and not available to check or uncheck certain areas. I also want to change some menu colors and orders, so i decided to customize navigation bar using some sitemap editor. Could you tell me which one is easier and can be used for CRM online trial. I tried Pragma toolkit but i cannot connect it with CRM with no reason. Is there any other sitemap editor to recommend?

If you want to change the ribbon buttons, as Vijay said Ribbon WorkBench is your tool, easy to use and gets all the work done.

Now if you want to change the CRM Menu you can go to Solution>Entities and click on the entity you want to change.

Then you can select on wich areas that entity is displayed.

    Good Luck :)

You can make use of Ribbon Workbench for hiding buttons. Refer below URL
