Sourcing Error when trying to process transactions

I having an issue with our online orders getting stuck in WebTransactions. 
When we go to "Sourcing" and click on "Process Transactions" button we are getting this error (picture below) but when we go to WebTransactions we do not see how to clear this. Is there a way to erase the whole order as it is causing a backlog of all orders placed after it.

    Sourcing Error when trying to process transactions
    This sounds like custom functionality in NAV, as far as I know NAV doesn’t have an out-of-the-box page called 'Web Transactions.' Because of this, it would be difficult for us to troubleshoot and assist you. I recommend reaching out to whoever created the customization for help.

    This is a custom feature, please contact your partner directly to resolve it.
    In addition, from the error message, this is related to Prepayment, you can check your data first.
