About Custom API for purchase order

Hello team,
I want to create app in business center which need to create purchase order by location but when i checked API document for purchase order and found that it's didn't provide location parameter , So one of the support helper suggest to create custom API for purchase order,
So i want to know that create custom API in AL extension are installed in all account which used my app?

    In that case you have to create a custom API page and publish that page, see the below link it will help you.

    You find the source code for the standard API's here

    github.com/.../pages

    Then you can take a copy of the API you want to modify so you do not have to start from scratch.

    If i am creating purchase order using custom API then it's need to create other custom API for open and close purchase order ? and it's page are different for my custom purchase order and business center default purchase order?

    Hi, I think it depends on what you need to deal with, if your open and close is just a field, it should be fine to use this API directly.
    If this has special handling, you may need to use bound action.

    I need to get / post all purchase order data with location , but default purchase order api not have location parameter . so have one solution for create custom api for purchase order with add new field of location.. my concern is how i can marge my custom api purchase order with default business center purchase order.??
