View cases from account's parent

Hi Everyone,

On the dynamics portal, I would like to view cases from not just the parent account of the contact, but from the account's parent as well. As a first step I've set up a new entity permission with scope set to account, and the account relationship set to account_parent_account. I added the web role Authenticated users to the new permission. I've set up an account view on my portal to verify the results. However, I only see the contact's parent account on the view, but not the parent account's parent.

The settings seem to be all right according to the documentation, so can you point me in the right direction what am I missing here?
