Hi getting error while receiving the transfer orders

Transfer order - Receipt
Transfer number: TO-00000000000000807 Line number: 2.00 The quantity cannot be reduced from item I00562 and lot id LOT-0000000192494802. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions.

Good day,

What is the status of the transfer order? Is there a marking against another order? If there is a marking, can you check the status of the marked order?
