Receiving Lines Deleted When Batch Edit List is Printed in Great Plains 2015

This is an random error that occurs when user prints a Batch Edit list for PO receiving the line detail for the the receiving document gets deleted and the entire batch has to be re-entered.  This does not happen all the time it appears to be random.  Any Ideas??
