Dataverse Environments on different database versions

Hi All, I am getting a warning when importing a solution to UAT. This is due to a dataverse version mismatch.
Is there any way I can force update the version number. I have checked dynamics apps components and all are installed. I am in United Kingdom region that received latest update 06/06/2025.
My Dev and Production Environments have updated without issue but UAT version did not update.

I have the same question (0)

Not as far as I remember, you have to raise a SR to Microsoft and get them to update the database.

I guess you could manipulate the solution.xml file in the downloaded solution, but I'd strongly advise against it.

    Hi,

Steps to Fix Dataverse Version Mismatch
    Check Environment Version
Go to Power Platform Admin Center → Select UAT Environment → Check the Dataverse version under Settings > Updates.
Compare it with your Dev and Production environments.
Trigger a Manual Update (If Available)
If an update is available, you should see an "Update Now" option in the Admin Center.
If not, the update may be rolling out gradually in your region.
Verify Deployment Schedule for Your Region
Dataverse updates are rolled out in phases across different regions.
Since you're in the UK, check if your UAT environment is part of a different deployment wave than Dev/Prod.
You can find more details on Microsoft’s update schedule here.
Create a Temporary Dev Environment for Testing
If UAT is stuck on an older version, consider creating a new temporary environment with the latest Dataverse version.
Import the solution there to verify compatibility.
    Contact Microsoft Support
If your UAT environment should have received the update but hasn’t, raise a ticket with Microsoft Support to request a manual update.

    Hi AK-10061405-0,

Looks like the environments were scheduled to be updated especially the production instance. UAT must be scheduled to be updated but the answer is yes, your solution will have conflicts especially while importing from a higher version to a lower version.

    Recommendation:
    1. Manually update the UAT environment to the same version as Production. Based on this, import the solution into UAT, as expected. Hope your solution is an unmanaged solution and not a managed solution.

    2. Dataverse version mismatches do cause solution level conflicts so would recommend you to raise a Microsoft request to asked about the scheduled updates to the dev and production environments (especially production environments). Its a bit scary especially if you have any interfaces and users dependencies on the system.

Hope this helps. Happy to answer questions, if any.
