General Journal Batch approval via Power automate - no effect on Approval status

I created a power automate flow on the Payment journal which during testing all flowed correctly and was approved. However, it seems to have had no effect on the Approval status of the batch in BC. The PA flow was one of the existing template flows that is available when you go to create a flow in BC so very simple.

My understanding is that once the workflow in BC is enabled it should release the document and update the status field.

I cannot update the field at the end of the flow either as it looks like its a variable rather than a static field in the table.

Table 467 (Webhook entries) displays the response as Continue which does not seem to be of much use.
