I would like to know if anyone knows about books, documents or any kind of resources that could help me to implement the Service Management module on our Business Central,

    Personally i would recommend this book by Erik Hougaard  https://www.hougaard.com/book/

    and Steve Endow have put together an excellent list of resources that you can dig into.

    Those two guys also runs two excellent YouTube channels that are Business Central related.
