Hi:

For security, I have the users in User Groups.

But, few of those Groups reference company names. In essence, the access is to "unlimited" companies.

I just found out that we need to limit all users to accessing just three companies.

Is there a streamlined way of modifying User Groups to reference only three companies?

In the User record, under the User Group section, you will need to add the Group(s) the user should have 3 times, once for each company. Then delete the one that has no company specified. That's the only what that i know.
