How do I upgrade a sandbox environment ?

Hi, 

I'm working on  a production environment that cannot be upgraded because some of the apps installed are blocking the upgrade. 

We have a sandbox environment where we have installed new versions of the apps we think are causing the issue. 

How do I now test if the upgrade goes ahead in the Sandbox only ? When I log on I still get the error message that something is blocking the upgrade ?

    Are you running an online sandbox or an sandbox in an Docker container?

    If it is an online sandbox i would suggest you try to do the upgrade in a Docker container enviornment because you have better control of the steps of the process there.
