Open support ticket for Business Central

Hi, 

I work for a Partner.  How do I go about opening a support ticket with Microsoft?

My issue is we paid for premium licensing, but when switching to premium licensing in Company Information, I get an error saying we must first buy the premium plan.

I need to contact Microsoft asap to get this resolved.
