portal export configuration issue

 When i use powerApps Portals Build Tools, it working fine i year back when i used it.
 
But for new portal site it is giving error /Error: Power Pages entities aren't available on this org, please install Power Pages package on the org./
 
 is there any fix  for this issue.

    Hi, May I know what is the current environment type? As it mentioned in the MS document that:
    It is recommended that you can try a new environment of type Sandbox/Trial to be created.
    Hope it helps.

    I am using power pages and created new portal app and customized same based on our requirement.
     
    Here i am using Export portal config task . it is giving above error:
     
    Not stated release pipeline to import as this export it self giving error.
