If there is an external user then you can use Power Pages with CRM. Power Pages will work as a fornt end website where you can book the hotel.
Hey Amir. I know this is an old post, but I'm new here and thought I'd chime in. Using Dynamics CRM for a hotel booking and reservation system is a great idea! In that solution, reservation system is considered outside of CRM system.
But I seek a way to manage the booking and reservation affairs within the CRM platform.
