I want to use Dynamics CRM for Hotel booking and reservation system.

Can anybody help me how to do that?

Hi Gokul,

In that solution, reservation system is considered outside of CRM system.

But I seek a way to manage the booking and reservation affairs within the CRM platform.

Hey Amir. I know this is an old post, but I'm new here and thought I'd chime in. Using Dynamics CRM for a hotel booking and reservation system is a great idea! As for your question, I'm not sure if Dynamics CRM has a specific feature for hotels that allow 18 year olds to check in, but you could always add a custom field to your booking form to ask for the guest's age. Hi

If there is an external user then you can use Power Pages with CRM. Power Pages will work as a fornt end website where you can book the hotel.
