pls guide me to configure step by step process of scheduling the report to outlook email address (more than 10 users at a time) automatically on every week on Monday

Unfortunately, as far as I know this needs to be customized.

There is only the Schedule Reports function in the standard, but this will be sent to the Report Inbox inside BC, not the external mail.

So please consider customization, or other means such as Power Automate.
