Dynamics GP login error

I am getting an error even before GP opens for me. I am 100% sure it is because of Rockton products (we have Auditor, DRM, Smartfill and Toolbox). I have granted the security too but it keeps throwing the same error and it appears 4 times in a row, what could be the cause (does not happen with  the Poweruser). I can ignore it and then I can log in but the client does not like the error. Here is the error

    Go to the Rockton Software Web Site, and Select the Knowledge Base under Support.

    Search for "Security Privileges", and you will find your answers.
